Heading into the start of the 2018 season, the storylines are plentiful, and drivers had a lot to say. Some shared their racing ambitions for the upcoming season at NASCAR’s Media Tour hosted by Charlotte Motor Speedway at the Charlotte Convention Center; popularity, consistency, a breakthrough win, among other things.
As you already know, some NASCAR drivers don’t often mince words in expressing how they feel about certain individuals or situations—no matter how controversial the topic or the ensuing backlash—and as usual, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and Brad Keselowski had things to get off their chest. Kyle Busch did not disappoint and is now recovering from the firestorm he ignited after complaining about the amount of emphasis that NASCAR is placing on the marketing of young drivers.
